HCR Rail Guided, C-Frame Presses, are available in 3 tonnage ranges, 75, 110 and 150 tons. The
HCR press line offers greater resistance to off-center loading compared to traditional gib guided
presses. It is ideal for high speed applications (90 spm @ 1" stroke). The Rail Guided press was
designed for stamping and progressive die applications where speed and resistance to off center
loads are required. Additionally, the HCR press has variable speed and stroke as well as full
tonnage capabilities throughout the stroke.
Features:
- Heavy, welded frame provides maximum rigidity and minimum deflection.
- Long life guiding system never needs adjusting. An estimated 75 million cycles - when at full
stroke of 18".
- Rail system supports high speed pressing application.
- Extremely accurate flatness and parallelism of tooling plate and slide travel.
- Offers resistance to off-center loading
1) half tonnage at full platen width and depth (12" x 9" out)
2) full tonnage at half platen width
